To promote effective work, it is necessary to integrate the team. For this to occur organically, the ideal is to keep the level of information for all specialties level. When information is not level, decisions are generally made incorrectly or without considering factors that may have an influence on the success of the project. Leadership has a fundamental role in ensuring this integration and leveling, in general quick update meetings and newsletters are good tools.

Every person’s role should be clearly defined and expectations spelled out. Open communication between the team should be encouraged. Person with a bad temperament should be weeded out early. Person with slightly low qualification BUT who is a team player should be preferred over someone who is highly qualified but puts others down to make him / herself look good.

Collaboration of the specialists means each of them is aware of the contribution to the overall success and are ready to proceed and aim for higher goals. Motivation and appreciation is the key.

Integration of team. 3C&2T i.e. Connect, Communicate, Collaborate and Trust & Train is most important tool for Foster collaboration effectively.

Lead the team as a member of the team. Consider all suggestions. Don’t dismiss any ideas. Weigh them all pros and cons. Make sure the team understands the objectives make sure the objectives are clear and real. Make it a team effort. Give credit to all contributors.

Be a team member while leading a team & appreciate inputs provided by them uplifting there chances of taking good decisions towards the motive and mission which needs to be achieved. Take the time to celebrate efficient decisions.
