To promote effective work, it is necessary to integrate the team. For this to occur organically, the ideal is to keep the level of information for all specialties level. When information is not level, decisions are generally made incorrectly or without considering factors that may have an influence on the success of the project. Leadership has a fundamental role in ensuring this integration and leveling, in general quick update meetings and newsletters are good tools.

Every person’s role should be clearly defined and expectations spelled out. Open communication between the team should be encouraged. Person with a bad temperament should be weeded out early. Person with slightly low qualification BUT who is a team player should be preferred over someone who is highly qualified but puts others down to make him / herself look good.
