You better plan out your tasks, which one should come first based on schedule time-frame, allocated. Because, you cannot do multiple tasks at the sametime, unless or until you organize your tasks based on the time allocated for each tasks/activity. Prioritization is worth considering. Thanks.

Es aconsejable que este tipo de proyectos se gestionen con enfoques adaptativos, aún que todos los puntos detallados son valiosos, pero en realidad cuando sobrevienen estos problemas, según mi experiencia y lo planteo desde el punto de vista del cliente, en un enfoque adaptativo, se pueden dividir los entregables en objetos que agreguen valor al cliente (Incremental), con Sprints cortos (1 semana) y prioridades conciliadas con el representante del cliente, de tal forma que el entregable final vaya tomando forma desde la primera entrega.
