It happens and you should manage them. Clients are different and you must manage this difference. Understand what your teams think about and the causes that created misalignment with some clients. Ask your clients how to improve in their respect but be sure that "no one fits all"

It is not uncommon for different clients to have different experiences - each client, persona, role, responsibilities, scope of work is unique. The communication with a Steering committee leader cannot be the same as with a Program manager. Firstly, we need to check what different clients' expectations are and tailor our approach accordingly. Next is to identify the best practices and implement - Is there something that is working well for Client A, that may also be implemented with client B? Do it. On the contrary, is there something that is working well for Client A, but not very well with Client B? Modify it. And last but most important, acknowledge their feedback and communicate that their suggestions are being implemented.
