1st as manger your team should feel you are one of the team, supportive and proactive. 2nd properly prepare well your backlog. 3rd prioritize your activities. 4th Equally disturb the active tasks on your team from day one to the submission date. 5th Daily monitoring the activities and progress. 6th Do your duties as manager properly. Theoretically if the above achieved, your team will be in sustainable pace of working, and hence will be on the right track to meet the tight deadline. On the top of that, be adoptive!
