La première des choses est de faire une pause, réunir son équipe, leur donner la parole et les amener à parler, afin de pouvoir identifier tous freins. Ne pas intervenir, donner son avis, réfuter ou autre, cela rend le processus inopérant. Pour chacun des freins identifiés, il est important que l’équipe propose des solutions, que ces solutions puissent être validées, un responsable identifié et un deadline fixé. Parcourir avec son équipe l’ensemble de son équipe les solutions/actions et s’assurer qu’elles concourent de manière effectives à l’atteinte de l’objectif, des objectifs initiaux. Planifier les réunions de suivi, ouvrir la possibilité de suivi particulier si des difficultés sont rencontrées, faciliter la communication directe.

One thing I have found usefull - is to sit down and talk to them, understand their POV to resistance, explain the logic, solve their needed problems in their existing budget , make them inclusive and buy them through logic and understanding , the resistance mostly comes from ignorence Or non inclusion

Utilizaria técnicas de SWOT na equipe, junto a ferramenta PDCA para ações. Reuniria todos os interessados, esclareceria o motivo das mudanças, daria espaço para ouvir suas posições e pediria qual sugestão sustentável que eles podem apresentar. Ouvindo, caso algo possa se apresentar melhor que a proposta vigente, abre espaço para um estudo e talvez aplicação, do contrário, reforça a necessidade de continuarmos o plano a fim de atingir os objetivos almejados e normalizar as ações. A ideia é melhor aproveitar recursos a fim de obter maiores vantagens para a empresa e consequentemente podendo no futuro, ter melhorias a todas as áreas que se demonstrarem necessárias e eficientes para o processo da empresa.
