What I do is to start my QC procedure with the request drawings of a salesperson that it demands then start navigating from CAD drawings, then Cutting depart, then bending, then assembly then paint and finally fitting. By underlying issues and hold them immediately is the key to prevent the further pieces of the same batch to manufactured. Mistake of one department will become mistake of succeeding one and creates snowball effect. After fastly check and identifies issues concerning to current phase depart if it will rectifies in this phase.

Yes monitoring of the process also called assurance in some how that is very necessary just by simply stated once you are not set free and relax continously check and ask the local workers in the gamba walk to identify their knowledge regarding to set procedures and implemented standards. Yes It is necessary to adapt the market situation and analytics and forecasting based on that adoption of standards necessary. What I do when I wanted to implement new standard in the factory, I call a meeting and present the concern to them and also the dispute causing problems. Let say that if by implementing new standards will hurt the production flow then it is necessay to make loop with production in setting new standards.
