Facing criticism can be tough, but it’s a great opportunity for growth. Listen to the feedback and reflect on it without being defensive. Engage positively by acknowledging the input and asking for clarification if needed. Look for patterns to identify areas for improvement and refine your content strategy accordingly. Share how you’re addressing the feedback, showcasing any changes made. Foster community by encouraging open dialogue and inviting audience ideas for future content. My approach is that if you arouse critisism by posting in linkedin, you should take that as a compliment and turn it upside down. Personally, I cant believe that my post could insult anyone as a person, so I would use that critisism as a ”muse” for my next post.

For me personally, it is always helpful to treat feedback like a compass - it shows me the way to possible improvements. That's why you should always be grateful for feedback. Critical feedback in particular is the most helpful, as long as it remains constructive. Especially in social selling, criticism can be a valuable opportunity to sharpen your own strategy. How I deal with criticism: Never take criticism personally, but analyse it systematically. What aspect of the content is being addressed? Which patterns are repeated? This allows you to transform criticism into constructive action steps that flow directly into your future content strategy. This targeted adaptation can turn initial scepticism into a catalyst for further success.

That depends on who criticizes me: 1. (Potential ) Clients: I would take their feedback seriously and act accordingly. 2. Others: Just ignore.

It’s important to welcome differing opinions with an open mind while applying a thoughtful filter. By actively listening to feedback, I can identify underlying needs that might not be fully articulated - such as a request for practical examples to complement theoretical points. This approach helps me refine my content to be clearer and more relevant, strengthening my connection with the audience and adding value to each interaction.
