Start by focusing on one platform where your target audience spends most of their time. This could be Instagram for visual storytelling, TikTok for engaging video content, or LinkedIn for professional networking. When you feel you have a strong presence on one platform, consider expanding to another. This way, you won't spread yourself too thin and can maintain quality content. Once you have an engaged audience, learn to transition those engagements into meaningful sales conversations. This involves understanding the problems faced by your audience and clearly communicating how your product or service can solve these issues.

In my experience there are some important things to consider here… I’ll break it down in 3 main areas: 1. Work out where you need to be and create a strategy for each of these places. You don’t have to be on every platform unless your clients are on every platform. Invest time to work out where your clients are active and create a strategy for each of these platforms. 2. Create a content plan; tone, frequency and voice which resonates with each platform (see above 👆). 3. Review the data: are they working the way you expected or do you need to change it up? Make your content right for each platform and each target group. Don’t fall into the trap of thinking you can make on piece of content to share across every platform.

Social selling can be helpful when you have right kind of target audience to engage. Quality of content with strong language to portray ,sometimes wiritten communication can impress more than a verbal content and have a phenomenal results so you can showcase yourself and the product in right way. Not all social selling mediaworks for only finding right kind-of like instagram for videos and LinkedIn for professional posts. Engagement of audience by liking their posts, wishing them good luck and congratulations for their acheivments can be good approach to connect.

Social selling thrives on authenticity and the right balance. Automation tools can streamline processes, but the personal connection remains essential. My advice: listen instead of just broadcasting, truly understand your audience, and share content that reflects your values. Most importantly, always focus on your customer, not just your own processes! Analytics can guide you, but they can never replace the human element.

The first recommendation is not to be on all social networks. It's preferable to be on one or two at most in order to dominate them and have a strong presence. The second recommendation is to offer valuable content, yes to help others, but more importantly to become an authority in our sector. Finally, the most important recommendation is to organize a sales funnel, also for social selling. It's great to interact and have good relationships, but the main objective is to produce, to take the prospects where we want, to our website, to our WhatsApp Business, etc.
