In my opinion, It's essential to see the change from clients point of view and understand the challenges they are facing, and be empathetic towards their resistance and guide them slowly, whilst also showing them how much more productive work has been after gradually shifting towards the change. You must at all times also acknowledge every set of problem your client is facing, end of the day they are also humans who seek validation :)

Para quebrar a barreira e direcionar o cliente para aceitar a solução proposta é preciso ter uma escuta ativa, empatia e paciência, em algum momento sempre compreendemos a origem e o motivo por trás daquela resistência e então buscamos o melhor apoio para mostrar casos semelhantes que passaram por essa mesma experiência e como a mudança de postura foi favorável.
