By creating an inclusive environment where ideas are valued, we identified a solution that might have otherwise been overlooked.

If you want to find unconventional ideas it’s as simple as having a conversation with unconventional stakeholders…. The first step is looking at populations that should be considered as stakeholders but for whatever reason were overlooked and/or marginalized.
