This issue is common, and I believe that we must utilize new technology to delete it because today's process requires much time and energy. For example, a designer must do repetitive work several times. Now, I'm going to explain my method to you. 1- we need a new group that connects structural and BIM groups. This group develops all infrastructures to increase the collaboration between various groups to reduce costs and time and prevent discrepancies 2- this group can develop an AI method to guide the optimal design because the BIM group can provide a vast database based on codes defined, although the AI group we experience this method every day when we use the WAZE program, and this vast database is like GIS

The first thing that I would do is to issue an RFI to each discipline of the project and figure out what is right. After that I would stop any activity related to that part of project if I am in charge of construction. Immediately I will send or request a change order to fix the issue and also adjust the schedule and budget.
