Maintaining team morale during frequent ERP updates can be challenging, in addition to those mentioned above, several other strategies can help keep spirits high: -Focus on the Benefits/Highlight the advantages of the updates, such as improved efficiency or better data management. -Training and Support/Provide thorough training sessions to ensure everyone feels confident with the updates. -Involve the Team/Engage team members in the update process by soliciting their feedback and suggestions. -Foster a Positive Environment -Mentorship and Peer Support/Pair team members with more experienced colleagues who can mentor them through the updates. -Flexible Work Arrangements/If possible, allow for flexible working hours or remote

In my role, in charge of enhancing the newly implemented ERP, it was key to set priority projects and have a 2nd stream of smaller projects. Many people wanted changes and my role was to say ‘great idea, but not right now’ in many cases, but always putting them on our list of backlog items to not forget about them. In this way, the goal was to keep the team focused and actually finalizing projects, so we could show progress to senior leadership. Did it always work out as planned, of course not, it never does 100%. But I am confident it made sure the team was successful!

Na minha experiência é importante que para acompanhar mudanças constantes é necessário treinamento para atualizar a equipe e acompanhar as novidades. esse treinamentos podem ser recorrentes, onde cria-se espaço para trocas de experiências e compartilhamento de situações que poderão contribuir para outros membros da equipe. As vezes, a duvida ou a informação de um servirá para resolver de outros. Outro ponto importante é a motivação e o incentivo da equipe, através de celebração por conquistas, numeros e relatorios que podem ser apresentados nesses encontros recorrentes, servindo como demonstração de reconhecimento. Oportunidade tambem para fazer elogios a equipe.
