You can cultivate inclusivity and belonging among members in the following manner: 1. Take time to understand individual challenges during the upheaval and offer personalized support to address their concerns. 2. Encourage participation in shaping new processes or goals, ensuring everyone feels valued and invested in the transition. 3. Share updates regularly, even if there’s uncertainty, to build trust and reduce feelings of exclusion. Hope this helps! 🙌🏻

Faça esse exercício e potencialize o impacto do time!

(edited)In times of change, it is paramount to reinforce a shared sense of being in teams. To build a culture of inclusivity and belonging - create a safe space to share thoughts, foster open communication, practise active listening, involve your team members in decision-making. Being intentional and consistent in practising the above can contribute to enhancing overall workplace morale.

Inclusivity is not just about giving everyone a seat at the table. It’s about ensuring every voice helps shape the conversation. As Satya Nadella aptly said, ‘Our ability to change the world is rooted in our ability to see the world through the eyes of others.’ Inclusivity builds unity, and unity drives success.

In times of turbulence in the organization, keep the channels of communication open and listen actively to your team's concerns. Encourage inclusion by calling on diverse perspectives in decision-making and recognizing each person's contribution. Create collaboration spaces where shared purpose reminds everyone that they belong and are vital in navigating the change together.

Change impacts people differently. Checking in one-on-one makes a big difference in creating a supportive environment. Inclusivity isn’t just about process—it’s about people. By prioritizing connection, teams can emerge stronger, more united, and ready to take on what’s next.

The best way to foster inclusivity during change is to communicate openly, team members must see you’re an open book. Allow team members to seek diverse input and feedback to ensure everyone feels heard and valued, and most importantly involve the team in shaping solutions together. Root yourself to the ground when change is needed to demonstrate stability and security and capitalize on good fortune when change is embraced.

One approach I’ve used with great success is a check-in based the rate of change. Every time an update is provided, for example. I structured the check in using the Bridges transition model of Endings, Neutral Zone and New Beginnings. We would plot on the diagram where we individually were each time and discuss what caused us to choose that and what we needed to begin to effectively embrace the change.
