Siempre tuve charlas motivaciones con el equipo mostrándo con ejemplos cotidianos lo poderosos que eran trabajando juntos por los objetivos en común. Con lo cual en cada momento de transición no tuvimos que hacer nada nuevo ni con apuro. Con esto quiero ratificar mi convencimiento en que la única manera de liderar es siendo genuino y empatico siempre, dejando las pautas claras para que todos sepan como manejarse y que supieran que yo estaba ahí para cualquier cosa que necesiten.

Befürchtungen ernst nehmen, in Gesprächen aktiv zuhören. Erfahrungen und Stärken des Teams gemeinsam sammeln und überprüfen, was noch nötig ist. Ungewöhnlichen Ideen den gleichen Raum geben wie konventionellen. Überprüfen, welche Variante passend wäre und nach einer Zeit evaluieren. Aufgaben für die neue Perspektive verteilen, wie zB Fortbildungen, Recherchen, etc. und so das Wir-Gefühl fördern = jede:r ist wichtig und kann was zum Erfolg beitragen. Und dann: Erfolge benennen und feiern! Klappt etwas nicht: zurück zum Anfang!
