Create a structure and order regarding participation and encourage healthy debate from everyone willing to speak up. After the matter is settled, review, summarize and put it in writing. Follow up with the team and if issues come up quickly address them.

Uma equipe é formada por pessoas de estilos e personalidades diferentes. Existem as que vão falar bem em grupo e outras não. Recentemente usei uma estratégia de ouvir individualmente os integrantes da equipes através de um forms (sem identificação) e a pessoa podia falar o que quiser. Depois que todos responderam, compilei as respostas e levei para uma discussão em grupo. Na hora que o grupo estava reunido, as pessoas discutiram as ideias e opiniões que foram colocadas no forms, não havendo julgamento de quem deu a ideia, mas as ideias de fato. Acredito que essa é uma forma de todos terem a oportunidade de suas ideias serem exposta, facilitando a discussão do tema e posteriormente uma melhor decisão por parte do grupo.

People will have varied opinions but if we can speak up about our views, then all members can take note of the pros and cons. Finally, we can take a vote and the simple majority wins because we have agreed based on earlier deliberations.
