Absence is common thing to any team- A team player can be absent also at production floor. Every team leader should plan very strategically his team players. Can be followed below steps for overcoming production fall- Design & distributing work load: Design work load to each team player effectively and distribute smartly. Making Team players Multi-tasker: Can be avoided production loss by skilled them as multi-tasker. This is the key thing to adjust production loss. Sub-team leader: Team leader can break different sub leaders from big team. Each sub team leaders will be the master skilled of that team. Moreover it be can predefined once absence who will act second in command w/o disturbance daily activities.

Clear communication with the team is essential, so everyone knows what’s happening and feels empowered to step up. Flexibility and transparency are key to keeping everything on track.
