Working with different teams in a different timezones is very tricky when you are working in a same output. Adding timezones for multinational companies which needs to be aligned for the business quickly. Companies should make 2-3 events to get everyone on board so that when work needs to be done, it will be done in a short intro which can be understood by them. There should be one goal for every company to make things done while competing with each other.

Organize meetings to check progress, solve problems, and ensure everyone is on the same page. 4. Shared online trackers or task lists to keep everyone updated and make things easy to follow. 5. Encourage teams to talk to each other or share their work challenges. What works for me is making sure everyone feels important and responsible for their part in reaching the goal. This keeps everyone motivated and focused.
