There must have been an agreement on job analysis between company/supervisor and worker(s) from the onset, this is the grounds for performance related pay. Extra work delivered outside the job description may be compensated accordingly. However, issues relating to off-plant or remote work may be discussed between the employee and the company, underscoring peculiar challenges to every individual worker. This could be layed out in the benefits, allowances, bonuses etc. Without much ado, salaries and basic pay should remain the same across board for workers on the same level/service delivery.
