What is the view of the organisation about the Coachee - perspectives on past and current performance, areas of development, fatal flaws and expectations from the coaching intervention? 3. In-depth understanding of how the coaching model that I deploy fits the requirements. What coachee specific changes do I need to incorporate? My own level of confidence to be able to address the expectations and make it a successful intervention.
