To keep this in control, meeting daily without fail two times in a day even though it's for 15 mins each is critical. This ensures continuity, smooth handover and resolution of dependencies. A very robust tool to track the deliverables and collaboration is also critical to prevent things going out sight anytime. If orchestrated properly, distributed teams can actually speed up the delivery due to round the clock productivity and work planning ahead of time.

Accountability and Transparency In Hybrid model leading distributed teams is common and it’s very important to follow some leadership principles which worked like a magic in my case - 1) Empowering teams and stand by them when they fall and allow them to front end during success , this will by default enable accountability , especially this is very key for running geo distributed team. 2) Lead with empathy and effective communication will help teams to be aligned with uber goal .. This can be achieved with transparent communication. 3) Closed feedback loop : For the teams to be successful feedback loop is very key and enable them with frameworks with best practices across experience. With these 3 tracks , overall goal can be achieved !!

Tools like Jira or MS Project ensures progress is tracked and visible to all. I also encourage open communication using MS Teams, or email for day-to-day updates, complemented by structured weekly check-ins via video calls to address challenges and ensure alignment. And finally, celebrating successes and tackling roadblocks promptly builds trust and keeps the team motivated.
