To avoiding the conflicts of maintaining quality standards we can follow as below: Manufacturing houses are maintaining two types of quality. 01. One is releasing own brand at market. -Be very serious about service data, improve quality accordingly. -Production follow the quality aspects whats are predeclared. -Keep record nicely for future tracking. 02. Another is Customized its considered as per customer's -Make quality level considering all technical parameters from customer with all conditions. -Clarify the matter of quality level what customer expecting. Then go production and ensure delivery. Production team must follow the quality standards no thing else.

Here's a structured approach to help us make informed decisions: Define Clear Objectives: Clearly articulate our desired quality outcomes and prioritize requirements. Gather Data and Evidence: Collect information from various sources and analyze findings. Involve Stakeholders: Engage cross-functional teams and seek customer input. Conduct Cost-Benefit Analysis: Evaluate the costs and benefits of different quality standards. Benchmark Against Industry Standards: Compare our proposed standards to industry best practices. Consider Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with different approaches. Pilot Testing: Experiment with different approaches on a smaller scale.

One thing I always find helpful is to focus the the market' acceptable quality levels first to check if company quality standards match thos of the target market to avoid over or under-setting standards. Then the following steps can guide the company further develop the match: 1. Currently used technology and process 2. Scaleability of the company technology and process 3. Measuring the "Cost of Maintaining" expected quality - to the profits 4. Updating of QMS stds if necessary 5. Updating the KPIs if needed

When facing conflicting opinions on quality standards, the best approach is to align with the project’s overall goals, considering both customer needs and business priorities. Start by evaluating data-driven insights, such as defect rates or performance metrics, then seek input from key stakeholders across departments. Finally, balance innovation with reliability, and select the approach that minimizes risk while ensuring consistent product quality.
