Si el espacio de conversación avanza hacia temas emocionales, es necesario activar un modo diferencial de diálogo. Delicadeza y empatía son dos posturas necesarias. Promover un ritmo más pausado, habilitar silencios e intercambios de miradas. Si la sesión es presencial, existen otras herramientas pero la virtualidad nos trajo nuevos desafíos para la gestión de estos momentos durante las sesiones. Cuando lo que está en juego es relevante, suelen aflorar las emociones. Trabaja desde el inicio en distinguir el estado de ánimo mas habitual. En cambio, las emociones tienen disparadores. Podrías proponer identificarlos para luego transitar hacia el diseño emocional, a partir de acciones y reflexiones que promuevan equilibrio y paz interior.

Inside a coaching business, it becomes little challenging to maintain a professional relationship in this scenario, but there are certain ways, through which it can be managed well. My ways include: --> Being friendly and more connecting personally to feel and hear the emotion. --> Being little flexible in setting the boundaries to give more space to the emotion. --> Empathy and validation to the emotions in the form of active listening would help connect and neutralize the emotional wave. -->Helping with the mindfulness practices, the emotional triggers should be reduced towards calmness. --> Confidentiality needs to be maintained with respect. Every step should be linked with the goals.

Emotions are part and parcel of human journeys. Effective coaching is not achievable without dealing with the emotional states of the client. Listening with empathy leads to building strong bridges of trust. Reaching common ground and making progress in coaching is aided by a stable emotional state. Do not shy away from emotions- learn to work them in the clients favour.

Exemple : - Personne ne comprend pourquoi ce projet est crucial. Je suis le seul à m'investir. Prenons un instant. Respirer profondément (3 sec). Maintenant : Que veut-il vraiment me dire ? 1️⃣ Comprendre émotionnellement - Je comprends que tu sois frustré. Tu as le sentiment que l’équipe ne partage pas ton engagement. Porter seul une telle responsabilité, c’est difficile. 2️⃣ Clarifier rationnellement - Tu ressens un décalage entre la vision stratégique et l’implication de l’équipe. Tu souhaites qu’ils s’investissent davantage pour atteindre les objectifs et alléger ta charge mentale. 3️⃣ Explorer les solutions - Pourquoi l'équipe n'est-elle pas aussi engagée ? Ont-ils saisi l’importance du projet ? Comment pourrait-on les motiver ?
