The Products & Innovation team was bringing in a new product into the markets. All 3 Telcos were in a race to get to the market first. As it so happens, the heat all the way from upstairs passed down to the Logistics team. We came together and: Opened a communication Line: carried all stakeholders along on what we were doing and how we were doing it. Reminded them of our previous track records Reassured them that we would deliver. As we got it all covered with our external stakeholders - Freight forwarders, Ports authorities, Brokers and Regulators. We took on the pressure, and we were under a lot of it. While enabling them to also manage their stakeholders which were the retail shops, who already had pre-orders.
