Na minha visão e vivência profissional, não basta só dar o exemplo, mesmo que isso seja super importante. Você tem que fazer junto, estar perto, ir aos locais de trabalho da equipe (caso sejam vários ou estejam em outros locais). Conjugar as motivações das mudanças propostas e genuinamente dividir as incertezas e colher opiniões de como chegar às soluções, para reduzir os impactos. Propor testes para as inicativas recolhidas e experimentar sugestões, dando feedback adequado, com boa comunicação. E usar a maior transparência possível no processo. Esse é o ponto chave.
