Based on my experience here are a few suggestions: - understand the source of the conflict ( in many cases the stakeholders are not getting what they need out of the systems) - where possible enhance the system or add the information they need and address it. - In some cases there could be egos that needs to be dealt with. Be open with this scenario and develop tools to deal with it. - in some cases it could be unrealistic expectations that might need to be addressed. Where possible educate the stakeholders and understand the need beyond the surface In all ways, it is better to understand the source of the conflict to be able to address it effectively. Be open that the solution may not lie within the group or needs an external source
