🌟Algunas acciones que siempre me sirven son: 1) Establecer los tiempos: le digo "la idea es que la entrevista dure alrededor de..." 2) Focalizar la experiencia: "De toda tu experiencia, preciso detalles sobre la posición..." o le pido al mismo candidato que elija la experiencia que más se asemeje a la posición en la que está inscripto. Y sólo me detalle sobre ella. 3) Reviso antes que nada los requisitos básicos, para no perder el tiempo ni suyo ni mío. Cuestiones como idiomas necesarios para la posición, salario, etc. 4) Estructuro la entrevista: "primero me presentaré, luego te contaré de la empresa, continuaremos con tu experiencia y finalizaremos con algunas preguntas. ¿Te parece bien?
