We struggle to engage in team discussions, as we dont want to be judged for lack of knowledge or making any error/mistake. We can begin by contributing and speaking in areas that we understand / specialise in more - which will build confidence to share and speak. In the long run, one has to know themselves and their strengths...cause when we operate from who we are instead of what others want, everything flows naturally.
