Workload is always there! But need to plan your time accordingly. You have to follow 5 Golden rules 1. Time management-Manage your time. Have some plans for ex:finish the tough jobs or tasks at prior if it is far from your home. 2. Learn & update, upgrade -from your previous tasks or biggest mistakes or tough task you finished to make it easier & be ready for it when it comes at you in upcoming days. 3. Share & receive-your knowledge within your field team that helps you to finish early and to avoid burn outs. 4. Priortize-your work & think which one is familiar & easier to.complete. 5. Last but not the least, work will always there for you & work is never ending process. but family comes first. Don't over engage yourself in work.
