We establish trust and credibility with clients by proving ourselves to be true real estate professionals. Courts state that we have "superior knowledge" and this is true if you are actively engaged in the industry. Active engagement and gaining "superior knowledge means that day in and day out you are conducting professional inquiries and inspections of property. you are knowledgable of applicable hoa's. Are they in litigation? Your clients won't know this. Wow them with the "superior knowledge the cours say that you have and they will entrust you to assist them with this major purchase in their lives.
