There was one customer who always gave a large order but never gave crucial details like delivery date during my tenure as Sales Coordinator in an electronics store. I patiently kept following up with a smile and assisted them to take decisions promptly. Although it was delayed, I and my team worked well together to complete everything on schedule. The client was so pleased that they came back and said we were very professional and dedicated. That is when I learned working together and not giving up is key to making the clients happy.
