Generally it's simple to plan, 1. Collect proper information with a previously visited person or sites coordinator person . 2. Be aware in the events about local news or any other social media information about the condition 3. 1 Hour needs to be planned for earlier reach so that some delays can be managed if any unexpected 4. Alternative Travelling sources information needs to be collected like Bus, Train, Auto or any other sources If there are any delays in some places we can get information from the local guys
