One thing I always put first to ensure team harmony as we can not afford to lose the positive energy within team. As exception there will be always few demotivated team members which definitely need to manage separately by one to one open conversion & counselling by sharing different aspect.

Demotivated? Be a person, here are a few things I’ve seen work. Ask real questions to the member who is demotivated, in private: - Is everything okay? - You seem off, what’s going on? - etc. Many people guard their personal life and don’t know that their real feelings are showing through in their actions. Asking about it, like a human, goes a long way.
