All the work programmed shall be mapped and analyze delay analysis. Critical path shall be established for all the projects and as per the available float, parallel activities, if any, shall be planned. As per the mapped programme, work priority needs to be established and shall plan the available time evenly ensuring all the projects complete in time. If all projects are on priority, possible delays shall be analyzed and such delays shall be focused for alternative solutions, if necessary, reaching client to inform the possible delays.

Look at project/program schedule especially those tasks on the Critical Path. These may not be individual tasks that are the "most important, but their completion will dictate overall project delays. Next, examine all critical tasks and delegate to team members with hard completion dates and expectations on what is needed (data/text, etc.). Such delegations should be done based on skill levels, expertise, and past performance. For remaining tasks, see if the client/customer (internal or external) can tolerate a later completion date. Get team to put in extra hours, if possible. Set a good example.
