Although the pressure to deliver quickly can be intense, it is critical that we never compromise on the quality of our designs. We must ensure that we constantly review safety guidelines and foster a team culture where every member is committed to excellence. By doing so, we can meet set deadlines without compromising safety and keep our ethical principles intact.

Safety should never be compromised for the sake of speed. Never. Speedy delivery is always desirable and should be the goal, but 10 years down the road no one will remember when the project was finished. They will, however, remember if someone was killed or injured due to a decision that that was made for the sake of expediency over safety. Public safety is our number one priority, and the pressure to compromise it for the sake of speed must always be resisted. The best way to combat this is to set good, achievable schedules up front, so that everyone is aware of when a project will be completed, and then aggressively manage schedule during construction so that you stay on time.

Stick to the design or safety code. In modern era speed is not a crucial problem because software and AI can work together. When we talk about speed, it always related to many factor such as human character or behavior, time management, planing, strategy, task arrangement and management, numbers of staff involve, intergrity and most important is responsiblity. If we can synchronize all this the required speed definitely can be achieved. When we talk about safety, always remember for other people life. Do not skip the requirement for safety just because of speed matters. But sometime we have to buy time due to works related to other works requirement.
