As a team member, you need to over communicate. It is important to know this is just for a specific time. Quality > Quantity. Give it your best and communicate to your team if you need a quick break to regroup. Finally, celebrate!!! After a peak season sprint, have the team go on vacation, take days off, lessen the workload. Personal time is a balance and sometimes it needs to focus more on the job, other times, it needs to focus on your life. Know your boundaries and what you need to do to be at your max performance on both sides.

You are in the industry , & you know industry trends , you know the peak & off season Its like an athlete competing in a tournament, be it local , national or international , S/he cannot say ME time , If you want to do big in the industry, you're in, you'll have to give your 100% , if not you someone else will. Once the peak is over in the off season do whatever else you want to do also. Be aware where you're & the demands of your work, if you cannot give in that much , then you're in the wrong place
