Motivational Interviewing is a great method to calm the team down while facing with enormous deadline pressure. It will also provide much better clarity for the individual team member to see the priority and objective and act upon it. Especially reflective listening, nothing helps a person better than himself/herself. Reflective listening basically bounce the idea around and act as a mirror for that person to see new things from the same old thing.

The foundational techniques of MI consist of the OARS: Open-Ended questions, affirmations, reflections, and summaries. These techniques are very useful for facilitating problem solving, collaboration, and engagement between people in general. So they most certainly can aid a team with meeting tight deadlines in a positive and constructive manner. I would highly recommend that anyone who oversees other people be trained in MI.

I believe that in a team, it is essential to help establish priorities. A good manager should encourage the team to focus on the most urgent tasks first, breaking them down into small steps to avoid overload. Additionally, continuous support and positive feedback are crucial. Even a simple 'great job' or 'we're making progress towards the goal' can make a big difference in keeping motivation high and strengthening the sense of achievement.

Affirmations and reframing of motivational interviewing can do wonders in boosting self-efficacy and self-confidence. Focusing on what's going well and highlighting that. Ask open-ended questions to allow a safe space for the team to share their ideas and their concerns.

I strongly believe that every team and their team member having very good potential to achieve all targets in any condition and not easily but they come out from tight deadlines. But it could be not possible until a team dose not have a good team leader. An Individual team member may having potential like a bamboo and touch a hight but can't make a ladder to achieve the goals but a good team leader arrenge all bamboo and make a ladder and reach out the target.
