From personal experience, I recommend making training more impactful by aligning it with your team’s specific challenges. Incorporate real-world scenarios, case studies, and role-playing exercises that allow them to apply what they learn directly to their roles. Ensure the content is flexible and practical, addressing immediate needs. Encourage feedback and continuously adjust the approach. “When training speaks to their real-world challenges, growth becomes inevitable.”

Firstly why have I been selected for this role? As a trainer it is my responsibility to ensure I am qualified to deliver the required training. Legislatures are always changing to keep up with the demands of modern technology, including environmental, conservation, energy, wind solar even wave power, fossil fuels are still a major source of energy therefore we must strive to ensure the processes are modern and sustainable. Water companies have proved that recent publicity has identified hasn’t kept pace with their responsibilities to protect the environment from serious pollution of raw sewage into rivers and the sea. Why haven’t they?? The technology is available why has their role failed the local population too.

D'après mon expérience professionnelle, j'ai cherché à régler cette difficulté en amont par l'analyse des besoins en formation des clients, la définition précise des objectifs de la formation. Le plus important était de convaincre le client de proposer aux participants à la formation de soumettre au formateur et à son équipe leurs propres cas issues de la problématique traitée en formation. Sinon, il appartenait au formateur et à l'équipe de prévoir des cas ou des jeux de rôles les plus proches des besoins exprimés par le client. Important de noter lors de la formation les retours d'expérience des participants pour en faire de futures études de cas et de les partager avec l'équipe de formation.
