When you are able to quickly and efficiently determine that an idea isn't feasible, that's a learning to be celebrated, not a setback. Eliminating unworkable options so the team can focus on more promising ideas is progress, not failure!

Seeking feedback from stakeholders brings in diverse perspectives and new ideas, which can often provide valuable insights for getting back on track. Additionally, I encourage a culture of adaptability within the team to remain agile and solution-focused.

Stay calm, evaluate and make adjustments to get on track. See if the original goals might be too ambitious or unclear, try to make it realistic based on current situation. Gather feedback from your team to understand what's not working, figure out the blind spots. Test new ideas, Remember Post-it Note, 3M company R&D labs researchers struggled to create a super strong adhesive. Instead they come up with low-tack adhesive - Post it note an entirely new product!! Perform root cause analysis, dig dipper to find the root cause of the issue. If your drone prototype keeps crashing, instead of modifying the software, investigate if motor strength or weight distribution or something else is the root cause. Always encourage team collaboration.
