What are the best UX tools to improve user engagement?

Choosing a UI tool depends on your preferences and needs. There are so many Figma, Adobe XD, Wireframe.cc, Craft and so on. All of them provide most of the time the same end result. Figma is very popular for its collaborative features, free plugins and performs great for small to medium scale projects, but it doesn't perform well for large-scale prototyping projects. In most big prototypes i worked on it just lags, stops working, lost my work many times and when you add a little bit animation is just a total catastrophe. Hopefully this will be fixed in the near future. Adobe Xd offers more stability and functionality in my case. But to be honest use any tool that you feel familiar with as long as peers and clients easily access the work.

I'd dare say that at the moment, Figma is the only option to consider. It's getting more funding and development than Adobe XD, and the amount of plugins you can use elevates it to the next level. Figma also gets new features rather often, and even has some new AI features that looks very promising. The biggest issue with Figma is handing off the project to developers. In this case, I believe pairing it with Zeplin makes a phenomenal combo.

This will partly be the developers' job, but ux designers also need to know what they need measured to improve the product. You can get a pretty clear idea of whether your users are actually using a new feature or user flow that was designed. One way to do this is through Google Analytics, out of the box it'll give you only some basic information, but it can be customized to trigger a new recorded event. For example, in a LMS, we added a challenge section for students to practice. By tracking the amount of times of students that actually completed the challenges, we can see if the students are actually using this new feature.
