As a leader, you have got to understand each one’s POV and frame the disagreement management!

I like to focus on strengths. Keeping in mind there's always more than one way to do anything. Ask them for examples of how they interact with customers. Ask for a role play. Offer feedback on what they did well and what they can improve on. Continue to reinforce the skills that improve customer satisfaction!
