In my opinion, safety always has the highest priority. When rushing tasks, it is even more often that engineers or onsite workers pay less attention to surrounding dangers. So it is always crucial and a must to have safety as a top priority. Alternatives is also a must if the safety hardware isn’t ready yet. Then while waiting for the safety hardware to be ready, other parts of the project can continue smoothly without other further delays. And yes, also be sure make documentations or follow-up emails to stay the client informed on current consensus. When safety’s are all set and tested, let’s work hard together to get back onto the schedule!
