Once again the support does not help at all with problems. They tell me to download the app which I already. The issue I am having with the app. The app is telling me the message can only be delivered by app or email. I told them; I have the app. No Troubleshooting and how to figure it out why I am getting this message on the app, other than download the app. Which I have unfortunately have to use this app. Something needs to get done with the tech support on them understand how to troubleshoot

The app is good and user-friendly. However, when l message a student, there is no way l can tell that the student has indeed read my message. I know the announcement tells you the number of students who have received and read your message, but it doesn't specify who the students are. I will give 5 stars if it had that function, like whatzapp or Telegram where the check mark below the message goes blue once your receiver has read the message. Hopefully, that's not asking for much.

Two things that drive me absolutely crazy about this app is 1. The search has never worked properly. 2. The whole purpose of having groups is that you can click into the group and see messages for that group. This doesn't work properly. If you go into a specific group you see all the messages for all the groups.
