Note Bene
The great lawn behind the Inn, with its sweeping water views and cooling sea breezes, features a Bocce court and two shuffleboard courts.
Banquets & Meetings
The Inn’s spectacular surroundings and the availability of a variety of stunning indoor and outdoor locations provide great flexibility and variety in creating both casual and more formal gatherings.
Fine Dining On Site
From exquisitely prepared meals in The Restaurant to Thursday night clambakes on the shore, to sandwiches and lemonade at the beach, food is an important part of the Weekapaug Inn experience. The executive chef, Jennifer Backman, works with her staff and with nearby sources to obtain the best in seasonal, locally raised and harvested produce, meat, and seafood for the varied menu.
Child Programs
Sand Castles program runs through the summer. During other months, the resident naturalist and Director of Recreation Mark Bullinger will encourage you to take advantage of the beautiful environment that surrounds us to show children more about the natural world.
Pool Outdoor
Lap pool (open seasonally).
Spa Facility
Guests have privileges at the OH! Spa at Ocean House, just a short ride from the Inn via the shuttle.
Beach
The private ocean beach offers two miles of white sand shore, for swimming in the summer, and for long walks in cooler seasons, when the sand compacts and creates a smooth surface for a memorable hike.
Biking Touring
The Inn keeps its own fleet of bicycles and helmets, designed for the spectacular but undemanding terrain around Weekapaug.
Boating
Sail Quonochontaug Pond in one of the beautifully restored wooden Beetle Cats, a traditional Inn vessel and a local favorite. Take an evening cruise in the powerboat. Put a kayak in the water; with the help of the full time staff naturalist, you can plot a paddle designed to your liking.
Ecological Tourism
Guided Discovery Series Programs.
Fishing Fly
Weekapaug is a destination for many committed saltwater anglers.
