Screen is flickering when projecting from laptop to Hub 2s.
Issue:- Screen is flickering when projecting from laptop to Hub 2s. The lower 2/3's of the screen refresh every 3 seconds slowly making the bottom of the screen unreadable. BriefExplanation Please describe the issue in 2-3 sentences. Include what you're trying to accomplish when the issue occurs. When did it begin and how often does it occur? It occurred after we changed from Win10Teams to Win11. What errors do you see? unable to read screen. What's the environment and are there recent changes? in office boardroom. No. What have you tried to troubleshoot this? driver update. Enabling miracast on all devices. Wifi enabled, ethernet enabled. devices are on the same network. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Scoping: 1. Were you able to project with no issues when the Surface had Windows 10 Teams? Yes, without any issues. 2. Does this same issue happen if you project to the Hub with multiple laptops? 3 3. Do these laptops are in Windows 11? yes 4. Do you have more Surface Hub in Windows 11 having the same issue? only 1. 5. Please try to connect the Laptop to the Hub via HDMI and let us know if the same issue occurs.? will work on that. 6.
