Update / Modify Users Phone information on Exchange Online (PowerShell)
I was trying to update our company user phones through the Exchange Online Module Set-User cmdlet. Something easy like: Set-User-Identity$_.Identity-Phone$_.BusinessPhone Set-User-Identity$_.Identity-MobilePhone$_.Mobile Until not so long ago, it worked without issues, but recently we are getting the error below, impossible to get through it (other parameters update without issues). Phone and Mobile Phone for users with Recipient Type Details "UserMailbox" cannot be updated in Exchange Online for security reason. Please do it in Azure Active Directory. The only other entry I've found on Google is this one, but it seems unrelated to our issues since both tenants I'm working with are "native" AAD/O365, never had any connection with any AD. Cutover migration failure due to users phone and mobile number - Microsoft Community Anyone knows a way around this ? Or do we now need to connect to the Azure modules to do it ? Also wonder when did this change happen, and whether Microsoft documented it somewhere.11KViews0likes4CommentsTouchback not working with USB-C display (Surface Hub 2S)
We just got two Surface Hub 2S at work, but I've been unable to make touch-back work on a single USB-C cable. In theory, it's supposed to deliver power, 4K display, and touch-back (pen included) through a single USB-C 3.1 Gen-2 cable, and yet so far I've tried: Two different and brand new USB-C cables (relatively premium, 3.1 Gen 2 spec) Two different devices (Surface Pro 7 on USB-C, and Lenovo t490s on both USB-C and Thunderbolt3 ports) And yet, I'm always getting Power + 4K@60Hz display, but no touchback (nor pen). If I connect through Miracast and plug the USB-C I can get both display and touch-back, but resolution is dismal and Miracast lag makes it hard to enjoy the "touch-pen" experience. Is there anything I'm missing? Any idea or advice? Thanks in advance, Daniel PS: Both computers detect a "Guest Touchback Board" input device, which shows in Device Settings, and both of them recognize the Surface Hub 2s as some kind of Touch panel with "limited functionality"6.7KViews1like22Comments
