Unleash your inner Corporate Activist The Corporate Activist is a cross-sector leadership development program for internal champions who will form the core of your sustainability transformation. You can select 3 employees and send them on a 12 day learning expedition with us. Spread over a period of 9 months these leaders will be exposed in groups of 15 people to radical new ways of navigating in the world around us and their personal contribution towards environmental, social and governance impact. The program will follow the process of Theory U and Positive Deviance. Boiler Rooms, Nature Quests and Street Wisdom are among the experiences that will place the learning in a real world context. The program will be intense, challenging and not without consequence. Those who graduate will be the Architects of your Change Communities, with impact inside as well as outside your organization. If you’re curious to know more - or would like to explore ‘incompany’ options - please send a DM to @Coen Koomen,@Robby Mol, @David Jonker to meet over a cup of coffee.

After 10 years of doing our leadership expedition in Sweden, we found ourselves a new spot: the Faroer islands. And what a journey it was. With a new group of men who dug deep within ourselves, slowed down, got lost in nature and told ourselves new stories. We will definitely be back.
