Amidst the winter festivities, we're dreaming of the warm Italian sun, taking us to our site in Caslino, Italy☀️ The site is represented by nearly 200 dedicated employees and their plant manager, Luca Ronchetti! The Caslino site boasts an impressive 10 production lines, 6 of which are mineral water lines that produce roughly 300 million bottles in differing formats from four mineral water sources.💧 In addition, the site also offers a returnable glass bottle line and 3 APET lines for various capabilities. 🗣️ When asked about what he is most proud of, Luca says, "I am particularly proud of the agility you can find in this plant, managing various technologies with an incredible flexibility in production. The whole plant team works together to satisfy our customer requirements. Meet Luc! 🤝 A prime example of a colleague growing into his own as a leader, Luc's journey with Refresco began in 2005 as a temporary employee.   He's been with us ever since, working as an Assistant Team Leader in Production before becoming interim leader since earlier this year.   🏭 In his position, Luc's responsible for a range of tasks, however, he finds his strength in developing solutions and improvements. "What gives me a lot of pleasure and satisfaction is working on projects, so finding out how things can be improved and making a plan for that."   He particularly enjoys combining this with collaboration with colleagues. When faced with "matters that cannot be solved immediately, I set up an RCA (root-cause analysis). We then look at how we can best tackle the problem based on that analysis."   We are so proud of Luc's growth within the business! 💚🧡 #ourdrinksoneverytable #employeehighlight #employeeofthemonth

🤔We heard there was interest in seeing the packaging process for beverages in PET bottles? You know we can't resist showing of our manufacturing processes 😉 But why not showcase the entire journey? Our colleagues at Refresco France brilliantly captured the complete beverage production process - from raw material to warehousing. Our favorite part? Last week was #WorldQualityWeek, where we took the opportunity to reflect on the importance that Quality has in our daily operations, and the role every one of us plays in ensuring consistent Quality with every drink that rolls down the production line. 🧃 🔗 To strengthen our end-to-end approach toward quality at Refresco, we brought the European Procurement Team together to really explore our role in this year's theme: "Quality: From Compliance to Performance"   The 2-day session included a key supplier visit, an instructive tour in one of our Dutch production sites, Sittard, and an engaging workshop hosted by leading members of our Quality, Auditing, and Purchasing teams. In addition, our colleagues from Procurement reflected on how to engage further on Quality both internally and with our suppliers & partners.
