Congratulations to the team on our med-tech project in Galway who recently completed 250,000 safe hours. To celebrate this milestone achievement, a Christmas lunch was held on site for all craft and management which included prizes raffled out. As part of the event, we partnered with our client, Dexcom Ireland - Athenry, to support COPE Galway by collecting gifts and donations for the charity. Last week we welcomed a group of 4th year Architectural Technologist students from Technological University Dublin to Hibernia Real Estate Group Ltd's Harcourt Square project in Dublin city centre. The students were given an update on the project's progress by our Project Leadership Team, an explanation on the Modern Methods of Construction that are being utilised on-site, as well as a briefing on the Façade with it being one of the first in Europe to utilise 100% post-consumer recycled aluminium. This was followed by a tour of the 44,500m2 site where our Structural Steel frame is nearing completion and the façade works are on-going to several of the building's elevations. The team were delighted to share their experiences and encourage the next generation to join the growing construction sector. #JohnPaulConstruction #GoFurtherBuildSmarter #ProjectUpdate #HarcourtSquare #TUDublin Client: Hibernia Real Estate Group Ltd Architect: Henry J Lyons Architects PM: Lafferty C&S: CS Consulting Group Civil & Structural Engineers M&E/SUS: O'Connor Sutton Cronin QS: Linesight Fire/DAC: MJP PSDP: Ashview Consultants BCAR: Catalyst Façade: Eckersley O'Callaghan Planners: John Spain Associates

The R148 Road Realignment was officially opened on Monday 16th December. The project’s success lay in logistical challenges being overcome thanks to strong cooperation from our colleagues at Intel Corporation and within Kildare County Council. This ensured that existing traffic flow was managed, operations at the Intel Campus continued uninterrupted and impact to local road users was minimised. Designed and planned by Arup this new road, which was delivered on time and on budget through close collaboration with our supply chain partners, promises improved traffic flow, capacity, and connectivity to support the local area for years to come. #ProjectHandover #JohnPaulConstruction #GoFurtherBuildSmarter

At John Paul Construction, we believe every project is an opportunity to leave a positive impact—not just in the built environment but also in the communities where we work. Through our Harcourt Square Project with our client, Hibernia Real Estate Group Ltd, we were delighted to dedicate our time and resources to refurbishing and fitting out a sensory room at Presentation Primary School, Warrenmount, in Dublin 8. This calming, supportive space is designed to provide comfort and aid for children, particularly those with additional needs. We are grateful to Principal Grainne Noone, the dedicated teachers, and the students for welcoming us into their school and allowing us to contribute to this meaningful project. #JohnPaulConstruction #GoFurtherBuildSmarter #ConsiderateConstructors Murrays Sensory Division D.
