Efficiënt retourbeheer, de laatste ontbrekende schakel in Itsperfect! 🔁 Zo net na Black Friday, Cyber Monday en Sinterklaas – hét moment dat magazijnen volstromen met retouren – introduceren we met trots ons Return & Exchange Portal. Al jaren krijgen we van onze merken de vraag hoe zij slimmer om kunnen gaan met deze groeiende retourenstroom. Met alle artikel-, voorraad- & verkoopinformatie al beschikbaar in één systeem hebben we een retouren portaal kunnen ontwikkelen dat commerciële omruilingen breed ondersteund. In het portaal kunnen consumenten eenvoudig een artikel omruilen voor een andere kleur of maat. Hierdoor kunnen retouren niet alleen commercieel ingezet worden, maar wordt ook voorkomen dat consumenten meerdere kleuren/ maten bestellen om te passen. Door slim gebruik te maken van alle mogelijkheden die het ERP systeem biedt, kunnen we omzet behouden. Zo kunnen we een cadeaubon verstrekken in plaats van het geld terug te storten en kunnen we transactiekosten voorkomen door de retourlabel kosten van het refund bedrag af te halen. Het portaal is beschikbaar voor alle webshop platformen & online marketplaces. Het Return & Exchange Portal is vanaf februari beschikbaar voor alle Itsperfect gebruikers.

We've just launched Itsperfect 4.6 with lots of great new features for our integrated warehouse management system 📦 🚀 ✔️ Confirm addition of a new box - To prevent incorrectly creating empty boxes a confirmation message appears when you generate a new box within the WMS. ✔️ Shortage: Scan rack for confirmation - A message appears when a shortage of more than 2 pieces is indicated on the WMS scanner. In addition, the scanner will only accept a shortage after the shelf where the shortage has been detected has been scanned for confirmation. ✔️ WMS replenishment: multiple pickers - Assign a WMS replenishment order to multiple pickers. ✔️ Forklift certificate - Indicate for each picker whether he has a forklift certificate and for each bulk location whether it is only accessible with a forklift. Once these settings have been made, the replenishment worksheet ensures that orders for replenishment from bulk locations with forklift indications are only assigned to pickers with a forklift certificate. ✔️ Pallet restriction - When creating a pick batch template, you can choose to set Pallet restriction to Yes. This ensures that a pick from a pick batch with pallet restriction that is scanned onto a pallet after picking is checked for the pick batch ID. The scanner provides a notification when a different pick batch is scanned on a pallet. ✔️ Pick zones - To create pick zones at warehouse level when a warehouse consists of multiple floors. ⚡Lightning-fast implementation of Itsperfect at REHAB Footwear 🚀👟 After being part of the Unlimited Footwear Group for twelve years, REHAB Footwear is standing on its own again since this spring. Following the bankruptcy of UFG, founder Jaco Flach, along with Dennis Beekhuizen, decided to continue the company independently. In order not to lose a season, there was a great need to act quickly. Due to the moratorium and bankruptcy, both the B2B and webshop were already offline, and retailers were waiting for their deliveries. Founded in 2008, REHAB Footwear is known for its sustainable, distinctive, high-quality men’s shoes. Designed in the Netherlands and handcrafted in Portugal, the shoes are made using the latest techniques and the finest leathers. This craftsmanship required a technically strong solution to support the business processes. The challenge The mission of REHAB and e-commerce manager Rutger Tichelaar and his team was clear: to implement a new ERP solution and launch a new B2B and B2C webshop in record time. REHAB opted for the ERP and integrated B2B webshop from Itsperfect. Thanks to out-of-the-box integrations with Shopify for the B2C webshop, ChannelEngine for the Marketplaces, Exact for the financial administration, and various logistics connections, it was possible to switch quickly. Rapid implementation “We had a tight deadline and, together with Itsperfect, we went all-in,” says Rutger. Under the guidance of implementation consultant Mieke Niestadt, the deadline was met, and everything went live on time for the delivery of Spring/Summer 2024 and the pre-order season for Fall/Winter 2024. “The Fall/Winter 2024 collection is now available, both online and in stores, fully supported by the new tech stack. We can now really see how user-friendly the system is and how smoothly the integration between Itsperfect and Shopify works.” With this lightning-fast implementation of five weeks, REHAB Footwear now not only has a solid foundation to streamline all processes, but they are also ready for the future. With innovative ERP software that gives the trendy shoe brand real-time insight and can always take the next step. And it is clear that at REHAB they like to keep going. The implementation with Fashion Cloud is already underway, and exciting plans are being made for the new year. We wish the REHAB team the best of luck with this!
