Movember: Wrapping Up a Month of Awareness As November comes to an end, it’s time to reflect on a month dedicated to raising awareness about men’s health. This year at Fagron, we focused on creating a space for open dialogue: the Time Capsule initiative, where we invited colleagues to share their goals and reflections on personal growth, providing a supportive space to address men's challenges surrounding physical and mental well-being. Thank you all who joined and showed us the strength found in compassion, vulnerability, and support. 💙

Fagron just took an important step by setting higher standards for ESG practices. Fagron Sterile Services US (FSS) proudly announces the completion of critical preparation phases for preservative-free Dextrose 70% injection solution, supported by the 2023 Project PROTECT grant. This initiative, led by Angels for Change, helps 503B facilities ramp up production to prevent drug shortages. Hurricane Helene had a devastating impact, causing damage to Baxter's North Cove manufacturing site. This led to severe shortages of essential medications like Dextrose 70%, which the FDA added to its shortage list on October 12, 2024. Thanks to Project PROTECT and FSS, Dextrose will remain accessible to vulnerable patients in the US, especially PICU and NICU babies. This achievement highlights the importance of personalized medicine to ensure medication remains available to those who need it the most. Click below to read the full release:
